Rich Clendenin leads the technical vision and innovation of Rural Telecom Solutions. Over more than three decades, his work has spanned telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, network operations, systems engineering, and operational technology.
That experience has included field operations, large-scale infrastructure programs, network modernization initiatives, and the development of technology organizations and platforms serving complex distributed environments.
